Child development centers located within our plantations, provide day care and schooling for children of employees. Catered at no cost, our award-winning initiative offers children education up to the Primary level, at which time they join the public-school network. Benefits of this scheme are two-fold, as this also affords families the option of having both parents working, which essentially doubles the income of the family unit.
